Вообщем можно ли с одиночки перенести мир на мультиплеер?

Sort of, you first need to create the Multiplayer server.
Then go to your User/Zomboid/Saves folder and copy all the files from the Single payer save to the Multiplayer save, that should be all
Characters will not be transferred, you would need to edit the players.db file for that:
