Where to find Intermediate Mechanics?

I found a car but it needs a muffler, and I need intermediate mechanics to install one. Where can I find one? I've already checked both the autoshop and bookstore in Muldraugh and didn't find it.

If I recall that means you need to read the skill magazine for commercial vehicle.

Your best bet is always a school or bookstore to find them. But it's all up to RNG whether you find them or not.

Thanks, I'll try out the Muldraugh school.

I just checked the elementary school in Muldraugh and it's not there. Maybe I should've mentioned that I'm playing on Extremely Rare loot settings.

Is it safe to drive without a muffler? I know it attracts more attention but at this point I don't know what else to do.

Just gonna have to let RNG runs its course. I play on extremely rare settings also and have only seen that book once in many many hours of looting. Try it without a muffler, just becareful

I just realized that I'm dumb and I didn't need intermediate mechanics to install a muffler, just basic mechanics. Thanks for everyone's help, though.

Still haven't found that magazine, though.
