Blue zombies???? (NOT CLICKBAIT) (GONE REAL)

Seriously though, I came across a group of blue zombies near the military exclusion zone right south of Louisville. Here's what they looked like:

Is there something new? Or what caused this? I haven't found any information on em yet.

Pretty sure, although I'd also be unsure as to which mod would spawn them in. I'm not using any that adds different races or extraterrestrial beings to the game

There is a mod that includes blue skinned zombies. which you can even wear as an outfit.

One of the most downloaded mods of all time and most people use it.

I'll let you figure out which one :) (and yes, I know what it is).
