Rain and crops
Hi guys, will rain sufficiently water my newly planted crops, or do I have to water them myself? Thanks!

Eh... it depends. Usually, rain is enough, specially if you plant them while it's raining. I rarely or never plant my crops.

I plant crops and fully water them, then never bother again, rain will keep them ok.

If you dont water them and rain doesnt come for next days, you will be sol.

I just never ever bother with carots and radishes as those 2 have a maximum water tolerance of less than full and too much water/rain will damage them
The need of watering plants will change during every game, i remember a game when i reached the 13 months mark, that there was only one raining day in one months. Iam not sure if it was related to the long game time or just a random issue.

Anyway 2 plants will die when you water them to much (carrots and radiesh), this 2 plants just need 90% or less, otherwise they will die ....

I'm playing sandbox with rain set on maximum, and water already turned off, so I'm praying that rain will be enough...
