Garbage Bags?

Maybe this has been asked and answered. Maybe this is a stupid question.

........why do garbages never have GARBAGE BAGS inside...?

I feel like that should be almost a certainty.

They do a lot of the time, stuff like cans, chip bags, plastic bags. For the sake of realism you might of found one in the box, laying on the floor, or in the can just empty.

Well is the same question of "shouldn't i find a bottle of water or a bottle of disinfectant in almost every house? or a glass jar? And what about sugar and vinegar or salt?" I hope these things will be better tuned...

LOL! Yeah I tend to play on "Rare" because it's the default. I usually up weapons to normal because not having any weapons is dull.

I can understand people having already looted weapons and food pretty heavily. That seems like a "Step 1" sort of thing. But I can't understand why people would go for the humble garbage bag on day 1 of the outbreak before me haha.

Yeah they have pretty cool loot. Even some antidepressants sometimes! I meant the actual "garbage bag" item for rain catching though. It seems interesting that garbages often have items in them, but not the bag sometimes. I guess other survivors just beat me to the punch and are also trying to catch rain...or make a really cool poncho.

Garbage bags are far from humble. They have the best carrying capacity to weight ratio, allowing up to 10 000 (or 13 000 with organized) to be stored/moved in a single 50 weight unit limit floor/inventory. Granted that moving is limited by other concurent items in inventory (first aid, weapon, food, water).

Basic gear (a few weapons, food and first aid stuff) + as much garbage bag as I can find is always a priority for me.
