Can't boil water on campfire using cooking pot

Tried putting a cooking pot full of water on a campfire and I couldn't. Am I doing something wrong?

Did you physically put it on top of the campfire, or into its inventory??

I didn't drop it onto the campfire or anything. I just right-clicked on the campfire and there was no option for "boil water" or anything like that. Maybe I'm still a noob. It's week 3 now and I need to get my water supply going haha

you gotta click and drag the cooking pot/kettle into the fire's inventory like you would when moving items between your bag and your main inventory

Yep, and like cooking it will take some time for it to loose it's tainted tag (or "boiling it").
