I'm playing it on Linux Mint on a lowly intel UHD 630 (i7 8700) myself, the native build works pretty good
Your i5 has an UHD 620, but I don't think the performance difference is that big anyway.
Besides given you're using pop os you can get gamescope running, wich means you can use FSR to upscale it and make it look super good while running at 720p or something, or alternatively run the windows build via GE proton and use i'ts upscaler for FSR.
But yeah, you can run it on your IGP no problem.
I do believe at some point there were some pretty bad graphical glitches when running on integrated graphics, but it's good now.
Make sure you ahve the latest Mesa drivers installed, you can get them easily by adding this ppa https://launchpad.net/~kisak/+archive/ubuntu/kisak-mesa
It does chug a lot if I try running it at max resolution though, well, it does manage to keep it at 30 FPS at least, which is still playable.
In my case it's a desktop i7 so the difference is a bit higher, but I still don't think it'll make that much of a difference in the game itself.
edit: heh, a gente conversando em inglês e vejo agora que você é do BR :P
