Does a corpse burning pile ashes go away?

Any one knows if the black charcoal looking pile from bruning corpse goes away with time?

Failing that, is there a way to remove it?

No, it does not.

Depends. Non-IWBUMS, use sledge hammer.
On IWBUMS, use shovel and empty sand bags. (I think)

Those are ash piles. Ashes are not charcoal.

When you got the items described by saltmummy626, right click on one of the corpse and select "burn corpse". You only need to do one and if all of them are close enough (or piled one over the other), they'll all burn.

If you do the piling properly, you can limit to only one ash pile :) Less clean-up that way.
