The devs on Project Zomboid are some of the hardest-working over the longest period of time that I have had the pleasure of owning their game. Lord only knows how long ago I first purchased PZ over on Desura, and I bought it again here on Steam, and a copy for a friend. It's a great game and it only gets better. Great, now I sound like a fanboy. But seriously, you have had the game for two years and you didn't notice any of the significant changes?

bearly any good ones it still feels like the same old game with a few new things that barely change the game like radios i liked it for some time but the game gets boring and it repeats it self once you get a base up and a farm and a water source you're set so its just boring for me

Care to outline a little bit more about why you feel this way, other than "lack of updates"?

Just simply stating, "PROJECT ZOMBOID SUCKS AND IS GOING NOWHERE, HERES WHY" followed by one issue - Slow development - really seems like you're being over dramatic and not stating a good case.

Granted, that's your opinion, I just don't usually understand the reason people waste time making short posts like this with grand statements and little substance.

The fact is there has been a lot added in the last two years (especially if you're playing the IWBUMS beta build) and I've owned it even longer than that. It's a hugely ambitious early access game being build by a very small team, so it's going to take time. It's also going to be great when it's done because they didn't rush it out :)

I know you're upset that there wasn't an update announced in the last Mondoid and that your rude comments there caused you to be banned from the Discord apparently. Just remember to be lovely in the future and try to understand things take time and PZ will be done when it's done.

I really want the new update to come out too, and I get disappointed each week it doesn't come. However, I understand that it will come and I just need to patient :)

From the top of my head:
Scavenging/foraging, new crafting ui, trapping, movable furniture, Splitscreen Coop Comeback, erosion, new game modes, health/medical system, new sound engine, new professions, new trait and level system, weapon upgrades, rewritten zombie spawning/migration, workshop support, Steam Multiplayer. I'd argue the game is way deeper than two years ago.

I can understand that the game isn't being developed at a satisfying pace and we're aware of that. But please be aware that while we're already in Phase 1 mode.
While we're working on the big stuff, you're still being provided with updates.

I'm truly sorry that it's not the most frequently updated game but I am confident you'll be happy with the end result.

You have every right to be disappointed, but I don't think we deserve "getting ♥♥♥♥". I'd prefer having a civilized discussion without throwing insults around. Please keep it clean. It'll increase your chances of being taken seriously.
