I do wonder if this is an intended feature from the developers but it's still pretty cool if you ask me.

Get yourself a car and get that ♥♥♥♥ loaded up lmaoo. That's so much fuel, toilet paper is actually among the longest burning fuel in the game, and can help you suppress coughs when you're sick. A must have! Very lucky you found that in your world.

I loaded it all up and it gave me over 200 and some TP, pretty insane. I had never seen this before, it gave me a good chuckle to see it in the fridge, the stove, and even the microwave.

Similar to Survivor Buildings/Cars, it's an rare event where in this case, a house was converted into the "Covid 19" house.

Another example is kind of like a crime scene one, Police car pulled up in front of house and inside are police officers and prisoner zombies (Prisoner zombies also have duffel bags)

It's what the game devs call a "Randomized Zone Story"
These include Police Blockades, Construction Trucks, Fireman Zombies By a Parked Truck, A Killer Zombie with a Hockey Mask in a house full of corpses, dead bodies on the floor with bleach, hooded burglar zombies with crowbars and policemen in houses, Prision escapees (As quoted earlier) Wedding receptions, & Camp sites etc. At least those are all I've seen and there's even more around the map, I haven't even been to Louisville yet.

You can even change the frequency of these, and randomized survivor houses, in your world settings, I personally set mine to "Sometimes" instead of the default, being "Rare".
