Seeing each other on map 41.72

I have a dedicated server and I'm unsure how I enable this for everyone as I can only see players on the map in the admin character, not as a normal player!

I'm unsure if there is a setting for that.
Me and my friend uses a mod to see each other on the map. It's simply named Players on map I believe.

AFAIK, After activating your admin rights, open the admin panel and then open "See Server Options", I believe. Next, look for "MapRemotePlayerVisibility" and change its value as you see fit. I personally changed it by modifying that setting in a file but I could not remember which file is it and I am not playing right now.

FYI, according to the patch note, the possible values for it are:
1 = Remote players aren't visible on the in-game map
2 = Remote players in the same faction or sharing a safehouse are visible
3 = Remote players are always visible
