Can't Craft Rain Collector Barrel
I'm a bit of a noob so I'm most likely just being stupid here.
I have 4 nails, 4 planks, 4 garbage bags, and a hammer in my inventory and lvl 4 crafting, but for some reason I don't have the option to craft a rain collector barrel from my crafting menu.

All of these items are in my inventory (not a backpack) and I've gone to carpentry section of the crafting menu (as well as every other section). Is the wiki wrong, or am I overlooking something?

You're overlooking something. There's two rain collectors- A Box, and a Barrel. The box requires lvl 4 carpentry; The Barrel requires level 7.

To build Rain Collector Barrels (and many other tiles) you right-click on the terrain, rather than use the crafting tab/menu.

Yeah, this was the issue. Thanks! I'd done carpentry before by disassembling things and fortifying, but I'd never made furniture before.
