Report a translation problem
One thing to note is, you can only clean blood. The ugly rust/dirt you see on some cars? Nah, can't clean that.
This, seems to work best right on the center of the hood/between the head lights area.
You know, I've actually never tried that, I'll try and report back out of curiosity. Plus that'd be much easier.
Tested: I didn't get an option to Wash the vehicle when pressing V for vehicle options. But was getting the option on the right click menu when clicking the hood as I suggested.
Also tested this and can agree. Clicking both a front tire and a back tire gave the option, so a little more testing it seems you just need to click on a very low portion of the vehicle.
Also came to say that you can wash a car so long as you have a water container. I tried it out with a bottle of water and no other cleaning chemicals/supplies.
