Report a translation problem
For roofs it's a bit trick, since sloped roof don't have collision and you can fall through them. Build a stair first and preferably, build some wood tiles beneath the roof to avoid falling.
Note that some very vertical sloped roofs requires some extra steps I've never tried.
Also, destroying a house have a bug where the internal cell will still be there, so you'll see shadows in there as if the house was still standing, even when there's nothing in there.

Not sure if you can place a gerry can in the house and fire on it with a bullet to burn it down, maybe that works too?
