Help! I have a mac mouse and cannot fight.
I have a mouse like this: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c8/Magic_Mouse.jpg/1200px-Magic_Mouse.jpg
I can hold right mouse button, but using left mouse button isn't working to attack. What do I do? What is the LMB on this mac, or how could I change it?

Try getting a controller. There is some pretty fair controller support for the game.

You can change the "Aim" key in the options.
Unfortunately I do not know how the magic mouse handles LMB and RMB but I think it was incapable of doing both at the same time, which would explain your issue.

Rebinding the aim key to something like ALT would work and still be fairly easy in a conventional control scheme.

Also you can aim basically with E or something too along with mouse if i remember well ;)
Mac mouses really suck trust me
They are not made to play video games with
they don't even have a middle mouse
FOR $120
Currently just pushing over zombies and kicking them in the head with space to kill them for now. It's been doing alright, but more options would be nice.

What i think would be the best is when being attacked we would also have 3 options:

Highly Defensive - Depending on weapon can hit more zombies than one, if you hold LMB while holding right mouse button it will instead of hitting slow the zombies down by 90%, if it's a blunt weapon it can hold x zombies depending on weapon, if it's a blade weapon it can hold only 1 zombie. While in Defensive mode you cannot get bitten, but can get infected scratched with (10/player:getPerkLevel(Perks.Guard))% chance if there are less than 3 zombies surrounding you, else it's the same as at "alert", also you can push zombies away if you move towards them. Doesn't make a sound when you hit zombies like this.

Alert/Offensive - Depending on weapon, you have high chance of critically hitting zombies, when a zombie is on ground you can immediately kill it. While not being detected by zombies, you can instantly kill them from behind without reducing the condition of the weapon. Getting hit is like in normal game mode, same % chance of getting bit and scratched. Guard still adds to the chance of getting scratched here though. Killing the zombie is as loud as in normal gameplay.

Scavenging - While in this mode, your currently equipped primary and secondary items have 0 weight, you can run faster, climb 1 level tall walls(speed depending on nimble and chance of not falling down) BUT You can only push zombies with hand and running(new animations) if a zombie hits you, it has 50% chance to be a scratch(infection chance same), if a zombie hits you from BEHIND and while you are NOT aiming, you surely get bitten.

To change between the 3 modes, you have to take 10 seconds, sprinting breaks it, but walking doesn't.

I guess it would be a fun way, how you want to handle situations.
Same kind of issue with macbook pro trackpad...

I use a mouse, but you can do the following:

WASD for directional movement
Set Aim key = [SPACE]
Hold [SPACE] and swivel using trackpad
Tap to swing/fire

I note that PZ doesn't reliably sense a light tap on the trackpad; you need to use a firm press to get the click to register.
You can keybind it to use keyboard
