Cannot Plumb the Washing Machine

I have been trying to install the washing machine for more than an hour, and it is proving impossible. I don't know if I'm bugged or if there's something I'm doing wrong. The rain barrel is exactly at the top (i tried with 25 | 50 | 100 | 200 /400 and still having the same problem), but at the moment of the "plumbing the washing machine" it seems that my character fails. I'm Electrical 6

PLEASE HELP !

The more important thing to look for, regarding the building needing to have 4 walls and a ceiling, if the game is making noises/sound effects like you are still outside, it will not count that it's a "plumb-able" building, therefore you cannot.

Tanya pudo solucionarlo, ahora voy a intentarlo y cuando lo solucione dare la respuesta ;)

CONFIRMED: It's a bug. The order to fix it are these:
1) Prepare every washing machine for your base
2) Connect them with "Plumb Washing Machine"
3) Once the animation ends, close the game and restart
4) When your game starts, you can turn it on.

CONFIRMADO: Es un bug. Los pasos para arreglarlo son estos:
1) Prepara todos los lavarropas para tu base
2) Conectalos con "Instalar Lavarropas"
3) Una vez la animación termina, cierra el juego y reinicia
4) Cuando tu juego comience, solo enciendelo.

AS far as i remember the barrel must be 1 square ahead and not exactely above.
