Basicly first check how much hunger removal the pasta has in the cooking pot. Also i am pretty sure, that most of the stuff you have said are not ingredients but spices. To make actual pasta, get a can of bolognese and some pasta. That way you should be able to make a base thirty something pasta. (Can use the can 3 times, 10+10+6? i think and pasta is 10) Once you cook it should be around 40-42 hunger removal. IF you make two bowls of this they should each be 20-21 or so.
Meat is difficult to get for me, all i had is rotten as electricity is out, and i have trapping 1 from a VHS tape and a mouse trap... i am not at all set up to get meat anytime soon.
As said, i guess i stick to canned food for now, and i will cook the 4 boxes of fresh eggs i still have before they go bad.
Cook canned food. For instance for most fish based stuff you need a frying pan, for beans a cooking pot, and so on. You can check the crafting menu via B, or you can check the recipes on wiki. Also no, cooking takes at most in game time 40-50 minutes. During that time you should read, you should do chores etc. Also if you know how fuel works you can just add enough to never get your food overcooked or burned down.
