Cooked Stir Fry from Frying Pan (how do you serve it?)
Okay - so am I suppose to be just eatting this out of the pan every time, or is there a way to actually 'serve' the cooked stir fry to empty the pan. (rather than empy the pan dumping the food out).

Like bowls of beans or bowl of soup. there are no bowls of stir fry?

Not right now, the only cooked food that you can serve is soup or stew from the pot into bowls.
And cutting up melons into slices and the like, but not food from the pan.

canned beans can be served into bean bowls. I believe pasta from the pot also can be served into bowls. as well as rice.

Yep, lots of stuff, just not Stir Fry or anything from the pan

I just carry the pan with me and eat 1/4 or 1/2 at a time.

It's the end of the world, not every meal needs to be a presentation. Just eat it out of th pan while standing over the sink.

If they do put in a plate feature, I feel once you hit level 10 you should get a garnish. There seem to be few side dishes in the ZPAW.

its not about presentation of preparing your food. It's about transferring it to a container so you can just use the frying pan again to cook something else if you're down to only 1 frying pan.

people put food into left over containers or cook stuff and put it in the fridge to eat later for example. So i'd like to see options for transferring food out.

sort of like how they currently have perserving jars and lids.

Not to mention the weight on the fying pan is heavy.

I've got like six different add on maps and I've only found two boxes of jars on the entire map so far, still I hear you. It would be nice to not have to dual weild frying pans to get a lot of food. I will usually build a shelf right over the stove and stock it with pans so I don't always have to have a lot of cookware in my inventory. Try posting for a Spiffo lunchbox on the suggestion thread, maybe they will go for it. They could even add picnic basket like they have the first aid kit, but it would probably just attract bears.

For a rural town, there is a complete lack of sleeping bags, canteens and mess kits, but every third person seems to have antidepressants. Just what was going on here before the zombies came?
