What is the Quietest car?
Been looking around through the different cars in the beta and my friend and i want to make runs to the city quickly but somewhat quietly (instead of attracting hordes to us and our base with vans)

Masterson Horizon and Chevalier Dart can have a loudness rating for the engine as low as 27, possibly lower. Each engine has it's own rating, so you want to look at each individual vehicle's engine in the Vehicle Mechanics window. It's possible to get a decent horsepower and low noise.

Both of these vehicles are two door sedans with a trunkspace of 40.

Different types of mufflers can also make a difference rated worst to best "old muffler", "regular muffler", "performance muffler". The durability of a muffler also affects the loudness rating.

Driving any vehicle over 10MPH has a chance of damaging a muffler. The modifier will also vary depending if you are on road or off road.

Don't hit a tree over 90mph. I hit one at 100mph at full health and just died.

I hope they change the muffler thing. There's no reason my performance muffler should be the most broken part in my car just because I drive over 10 mph. Who doesn't drive over 10 mph? I drive my real car in Texas on roads with a speed limit of 80 mph and my muffler is fine.

@sugarskull try American Cars. I was going nuts loosing durability parking my car in the dirt driveway or driving from the mechanics shop a block. I've been testing some tweaks out for the last week or so. Cuts the durability loss chance from a 10% chance to about a 1.6% chance driving at 80-90mph and only checks at 30mph instead of 10mph.
