How to smash car windows without getting hurt!

I mean even a moron would use a Hand torch that black strong lookin one! I mean i would in real life use that rather than my elbows so applying real world logic to games is sometimes not a good thing! And is very frustrating!! So what do i have to hold in my primary slot inorder for this to never happen again!? Thanks!

any melee or rifle butt will do the trick. make sure u have a weapon equiped cuz if not, then u'll probly end up with a bunch of broken glass in ur arm.

IRL you would use a jacket and your hand, or a handy stone you found laying around.
In PZ use any of the tools which double as weapons. For example you can equip a spatula or an egg whisk in your primary hand but they will be suspiciously absent should combat start shortly after.

tldr: don't use your hand.

Yeah, think of the more logical weapons like a bat, axe, crowbar or pretty much any blunt weapon. Knives are a poor choice for trying to break a window.
