Report a translation problem
(Because i used to have such exterior lightings in one of my bases, and most of the time it was the light bulbs that were the issue, sadly if you remove an exterior lighting they become VERY bulb consuming.)
The thing is that might consume a lot of fuel to keep them on, and have to turn them on/off one by one is a little annoying: ofc it depends on how many do you have.
Yeah i recall that back in 41. thirtysomething or forty something, i had a similar issue as the OP describes, and i was just dismantling radios, tv-s etc, and got a light bulb out of it, had it in hand and then i was able to replace the bulb of a lamp that was not working, and thereafter it did. (I placed two exterior light sources on one of the trailers in Rosewood's construction site, to light up my car blocked gate:D)
