Bed ?

Hello !
What is the point of making a matress?
Since apparently we can't craft beds.
Do i absolutely need to build a tent if i want my own place to sleep ? or is there any other options ?

I'm carpenter 4, have all the materials & stuff to craft the bed like in the wiki, but it seems it's not available anymore.

You can craft beds.


Right click > Carpentry > Furniture > Bed.

Quick question since i'm here:
Does sleeping in a bed makes a difference ? is it better than a chair sofa ... ?
If it is, then is the bed the "best" furniture to sleep in ?

According to the wiki, there appears to be no difference.

Sometimes your character will wake up in minor pain if you don't sleep in a bed (since it's uncomfortable), but other than that, no difference (at least in build 38. I don't know about build 37 -- there may be no difference for now).

my charecter has been sleeping in a sofa for a while and i can say you dont sleep as long so you tire quickly
