Queasy but not infected
So my character has no lacerations or scratches, he is 100% fine, I went to sleep with 0 moodles and my character woke up queasy. Now I'd say I have a great understanding of queasy and in my 250+ hours I've never had this issue occur personally.

1.) There is no dead bodies around to get sick from (unless them being outside somehow will still get me sick?)
2.) My character is not overheating
3.) No health problems (Didn't eat anything bad, burnt, or uncooked)

Here is my current situation https://prnt.sc/26ecwq8

EDIT: I'm aware that normal sickness does happen but I don't believe it has ever happened to me so if that is the most likely case then how long does it last/what do I need to do?

EDIT2: I am also running the 'Outdoorsman' trait

Overall I feel like queasy is just not well explained enough anywhere. I can't find anymore answers aside from what I already know and even then it's not very helpful to me.

EDIT3: I'm now losing health (which clearly means I have the zombie infection) but I never once got touched by a zombie not a single time cause I JUST offed my last character who was sick. I don't understand this and It's honestly pretty game breaking for me, I know I just started a new character but why should I even bother doing any skills or continuing if I could just wake up sick one day with the zombie infection?

So yes, dead Zombie bodies don't care about walls, they will make you sick anyway, saw it mentioned in a youbtube video later.
