Convenient way to "suicide" character?

like 12 or 16 or something, it takes less if you are drunk and take the pills

I tried drinking bleach and it didn't kill my character, wtf? Would be much easier if you could ♥♥♥ using a gun like the NPCs you find dead in houses. If you know you're infected that is the logical choice as opposed to slowly dying from the infection or painfully dying by running into a horde of zombies.
