if you look on the storepage of project zomboid and scroll down to system requirements, you will se an option for steamOS and linux, that means it is linux native and of course steamDeck native as well then

my personal experience is that only anti cheat games are the ones we can't play on linux atm, using easy anticheat or battleeye and from the announcements from both epic and steam that is being changed, but only if the game developers them self want to change it.
so basicly, mostly the only games that wont be playable are the multiplayer games that are filled with cheaters xD
Edit: and games from the microsoft store, those probably wont be playable, so just get your games on steam ;)
