rain collector recipe not appearing

I have level 4 carpentry, 70 nails, 4 planks and 10 garbage bags and the recipe isnt appearing in my crafting menu? is this a bug or am i missing something?

I think you have to use the context menu, right click on the ground > carpentry > furniture > rain collector.

Then it lets you place it wherever you want.

ah i see, well its all academic now cause my character got eaten ahahaha thankyou though!
