Otherwise no clue. Never experienced anything like this. Did you sleep next to a running generator while also carrying too much heavy stuff and being ill? Did you sleep near corpses that could have steadily ticked up your sickness until you died? Did you have High Thirst and sleep for like 12 hours while also incredibly hot, causing you to die of thirst? Any chance you might have been infected from a scratch etc? Did you consume twelve sleeping pills, or six and some alcohol? About all I can think of that could have killed you like that.
Really wish this game would tell you your cause of death upon expiring, lol.
Alcohol and sleeping tablets?
>dies of heart failure in his sleep
this happened to me yesterday.
read the sleeping book
or a running car indoors.
these can choke you to death from asphyxiation
If it was the result of the zombie infection, he would have turned into a zombie.
you need to pay attention to the character. What he eats, drinks, was he injured (even if he is fully bandaged and on full health, a normal infection can develop into fever while you are sleeping and you die from it.) And many other things.
My worst kind of death was accidentally drinking bleach...was just a tiny bit but still died:) Misclick:D (Did not have enough lemon grass.)
I dont use bleach at all:D
Also this happened to my character on version 40:) So was a while ago, but i learned to avoid MANY MANY things with which a misclick can kill ya.
