i'm not sure if you can do that through game options, but many mouse macros allow you to make what you want

-> when pressing right click, hold it until pressed again

Should be really simple

So far people just telling this guy to go "F" himself..

I agree with him, more toggle options for player control would be great. Maybe part of the QoL updates later?

I mean.. HOLDing a button is less stressful on the material than repeatedly pressing it. You don't want your mouse to die? Keep holding RMB. You have other complaints like your finger gets tired? Then go ahead asking for a toggle. But if your complaint is based on mouse longevity, Hold>toggle.

Ultimately though, mice, especially left/right click, are good for like.. hundreds of millions if not BILLIONS of clicks. It's going to fail in other ways long before you break your left/right click buttons break from clicking/holding unless you're playing something like a click heavy Diablo 3 class or a MOBA that has you clicking hundreds of times a minute- Zomboid doesn't even come close.

Hmm lets see, the warranty says here, "It's good for 7 years, 7 months and 7 days or a million clicks." And on the 8th day of the 7th month of the 7th year, with mouse click 1,000,001...BUSTED

That's what I got from those previous posts. Quit being dramatic.

In game options > keybinds > combat you can set an aim key, then check the box that says "Toggle to aim", then you no longer have to hold your aim button.

This does not seem to work with right mouse :( but at least you can toggle aim with your keyboard or a different mouse button.
