Turning fire "off" in server not working

House caught fire and is burning down at 4 tiles. Exit and pause the server, go into the settings and set fire spread to off. Restarted server and came back to see fire is still very much spreading :)

Are there any admin commands to stop fire ever at all? Pretty frustrated that as an admin there is no way for me to control how fire operates on my server.
