I`m done with this game

I play PZ since the tech demo came out. I was excited to see the new animations and all the hard work the devs have been putting into this game. But it`s just hard to survive. I can`t play a single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game without dying 10 times in 30 minutes because of the ridiculous ammount of zombies. Melee combat became a joke, you can`t kill a single zombie without getting scratched or bitten. That ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks.

True, and I'm hoping to find some people to do a multiplayer server that has the 'clear zombies from the map' kind of setting to help this issue

I really loved the new animations and the hard work, but what's the point of having a good looking game if you can't enjoy being alive for more than 10 minutes? Zombies won't stop chasing you anymore. What was a nice and awesome game became a respawn simulator.

You can change the amount of zombies, their strength, speed, and when they're active, if you just play in a custom sandbox game. I've been playing with a saved preset since Halloween, and never looked back! :)

This game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece. You can choose to hate it, your opinion on it means less than zero for my enjoyment. But there are near infinite ways to tweak the game. You could even make it as easy as possible. Maybe then you might have fun.

I know i can change a lot of stuff, but i keep dying no matter what. I was just playing a sandbox game right now. Died because my survivor couldn't hit a single zombie. I was used to play with high pop and strong zombies, now even if i make zombies dumb they won't stop chasing me untill i lose patience and close the game.

I never liked mods, always played Vanilla since the begin. How can i have fun if even playing the same game for 10 years i can't survive anymore because melee combat is hot ♥♥♥♥?

No offense, but it sounds like you just don't know how to play the game. It's meant to be hard. It's meant to be unfair. You are MEANT to DIE. That's how the game is designed. If you can't handle that frustration, then it may not be the game you want to play. I'm sorry

Melee is pretty sweet once you get the hang of it and try "builder" mode. Its more laid back.

I hate to be that guy, but I agree. This game is by no means difficult when you play on Survival preset. If you're dying within 10-30 minutes constantly, then it's definitely user error. I would really suggest setting up a custom sandbox with some more favorable settings until you find your stride, especially turning off zombie infection, then start turning up the difficulty. But sorry, I can't agree with the whole premise of your OP.

With the amount of desync even in SP on melee in the latest build.. Yea zombies can pull some janky ♥♥♥♥.
