Rare Clothing Locations?

Does anyone know if there are any guaranteed locations (on zombies or in locker) to find clothing from this list?

2.Bunny Suit

3.Garter

4.Santa Suit Jacket

5.Motorcycle Helmet

bunny suits can be found in Louisville, on zombies inside the velvet tassel club, it is located very close to the military surplus store and a pawnshop, so you can grab some loot while youre there, its also fairly populated, take caution. https://map.projectzomboid.com/?desc=SurvivalB417812L0#

wedding dress and veils can found on zombies that can spawn in churches, its often a pair of a bride and a groom at the altar

garters spawn on spiffo suit zombies, i always found most of them near a spiffo restaurant, but they can spawn in or roam to other places too

party hat will spawn on party zombies in random story houses, so look in neighborhoods for these special houses.(in settings, you can increase the spawn rate of these houses by the Randomized house chance and also zone story chance)

motorcycle helmets will be found on biker zombies on the road often, not sure if they spawn in stores

these zombie spawns will not always be guaranteed, so it might take a while to find some

I have found the Santa suit in storage locker boxes, but it is very rare and you might only find one piece of the suit, also rare clothing like the bunny ears and wearable antlers can spawn in the same boxes.

I have found the USA crash helmet on biker zombies, I think I have also found it in normal closet loot rarely, although I can't confirm that.
