Haha, now that comparison I like
-Project zomboid isn't a FPS and doesn't play like one. Even shooting with firearms relies on different factors other than the player's aim. The mouvement and animations (for the camera and character) are also another thing to master and part of the game design.
-Project zomboid is more a PvE/survival game than DayZ who's PvP for the most part. The zombies are many and designed to be the main threat, whereas in DayZ they are scarce. Project zomboid fits way better for a PvE experience than DayZ, though.
I'm not sure what else I could add. It really depends of what you're looking for in such game. What did you like the most in DayZ, or what do you think is currently missing and that you would enjoy, that you hope to find in another zombie survival game ?
can you elaborate? in what sense do you mean "actual zombie apocalypse"
how can you claim that if you havent played dayz?
2. I played the original DayZ years ago and the standalone is exactly the same thing. I've seen plenty of videos of the standalone as well, so I'm confident in my opinion there.
