Error counter

I've just started seeing this Error counter on the bottom right of my game screen, no idea what it it but every few seconds it reappears counting up each time and I've no clue what it is, I can play normally with basically no issues but it just keeps showing up even when at the main menu

Do you have any mods? Mods like Eris minimap currently are triggering errors from headware and others have other issues. The most likely reason.

I do have mods but No minimap stuff, it went away after i reloaded the game like 3 of 4 times
