Wiping G-Portal Server

Hello friends, I've recieved no help from g-portal on this situation so i'll bring it to here and hope for the best. I'm attempting to wipe my public g-portal server and can not find any solution to this problem. I've tried deleting player saved data and nothing, i've deleted all server files in configuration files and nothing. Any fix?

I stopped the Server, connected with a FTP-client (Filezilla), went to "/Saves/Multiplayer/" and deleted the whole folder "servertest". Then start server and it should be reset.
