Queasy and Anxious while having a healed scratch

So i was scratched by a zomb. All was well, applied bandages and over a day or 2, the scratch was healed and gone. But I similar time I began to experience queasy and anxious effect. My friend said that I should be infected if the scratch healed. So am I dead?

Did you eat rotten / uncooked / poisoned food or sleep in a base with decayed corpses? If the answer is No, then...yes, you are dead.

you can also heal from a bite. its just bites are more severe than scratches so generally your bite doesn't heal.

State of the wound have no relevance for the zombie infection. If you've got infected, you're infected, whether your scratch is bandaged, disinfected, blessed with holy water, doused in gasoline and set on fire, tatooed in voodoo magic scribbles or welded with metal plates.
