Everyone infected...but bitten..will become sick?
will my wound still become infected every time and if so how sick will my character become?

From what I know you can heal from a bite and infection as there is a normal infection and then zombie infection. You'll know if you're zombie infected if you get the Queasy moodle from what I understand. (Would like a more experienced player to follow up and possibly correct me as I don't know everything about the certain damage effects).

The "everyone is infected" basically makes you turn into zombie even if you dont die from zombie attacks. Everything else is still the same. Getting scratched doesnt necessarily put you in danger of turning into zombie. The wound infection is not to be confused with zombie infection.

This. If you are bitten it's still a 100% infection rate.

what im wondering is a bite from a zombie more likely to get infected. Not give you the zombie virus. But just make you really sick
