How do I start in Louisville?
I want to do a new playthrough on the new map, but I dont see a location I can pick in Louisville. Is there a way to start there or do I have to use mods?

Not avaible yet in vanilla.

You can teleport yourself there via the debug menu. No mod required.

Or you can start in West Point and drive there, that's what I normally do.
