Why are areas blocked out in my server?

I'm trying to set up a server for me and my friends. But when I walk around I end up like this:

Why is this area blocked off and why does the world just end there? What settings did I miss?

Is not a setting, nor the area is blocked. It is the cell having troubles to load. It could be a connection problem, not enough RAM or something like that.

Turn server memory up in the hosting settings

Great! I tried turning the memory up and it seemed to work. Just wondering if there will be other parts of the map that won't load.

I wish there was some easy to follow guide that would explain the settings. Today nobody could claim safe houses. Even though that was turned on. It did however get an "error" notificaiton everytime I right clicked in a building sp maybe it was just some hickup.

I have this issue in a single player world, just wondering if you know of any fixes for this
