Loot doesn't respawn on B41 dedicated Server. Also... How to Soft Reset?

As the title said, we have enabled Loot Respawn on our server. For Test purposes its down to 1 day for loot to respawn. Also 0 hrs seen prevent respawn. We tested it for 20 ingame days / almost a full real life day and it doesn't seem to respawn. I especially tried to loot specific crates far far away where I know, that no players are passing by there and I noticed even there, that no loot seems to respawn.

I know that a softreset would respawn loot manually, but I host the server via a V-Server and therefore manage the server just via console. Are there commands to start a soft reset or something like this?

Loot Respawn is only for Singleplayer, what you need to enable is HoursForLootRespawn instead.
As for the soft reset, that feature currently doesnt work due to the many changes to the system.
