Keeps getting disconnected
SO im playing multiplayer with a friend and down in my right it says error and a timer counting upwards and suddenly ill get disconnected anyone know what can help?

We both play on the newest uptate

Can you share the game logs so we can check for those errors?
Go to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid
Open the console.txt
Copy everything from there to https://pastebin.com/
Click “Create a new paste”
Share the website link of the new paste here.

and how do i find "user/....

btw its not always errors usualy after the 1st or 2nd time i get disconnect error appers in the corner with a timer

Use an alternative like controlc or ghostbin in that case.

From the looks of it it seems like something is using the port that the sever needs, which causes the server to fail to load, can you fully restart your PC and then try hosting again? Do not shut down the server as that can put it into hibernation mode which doesnt shut down the services.

Im not the one who is hosting the server, and its not like an open server is only joined via steam :)
