Mods not loading when i host

Tried to host a world for 2 people added the mods enabled them and added them to the new game world can see them listed in spawn regions tab under settings but when i launch the game it only gives me default spawns also when i go into solo they are there and can be spawned into i deleted everything and re:downloaded it all but still not working not sure what else to do

Did you enable them in the "Workshop" tab as well? They need to be enabled there to work.

I think i did but where would i see that new to the mod stuff i subscribed do i have to do something past that

In the server settings you need to check the Workshop tab and make sure the mods are listed there, then you check the Mods tab and see if they are listed there as well. Thats how you would successfully enable the mods on a server.

What is the difference between "Mods" and "Steam workshop" in the Host settings?
Why would you want o have difference sets? This is catching out a lot of people.

Workshop is downloading the mod pack, mods loads the mods from that mod pack, which is why they are separate.

I had the same issue, not really intuitive at first. lot of it's in the wording I think cuz people kept telling me to enable them in workshop and mods. I had already added them to the mods in the .ini file and subscribed them on the workshop but apparantly "workshop" meant some options page within the game and not the steam workshop i'm used to.
ofcourse this is mostly just me being an idiot but it could be more streamlined for new users.

at first time to create host all good, but i tried to create second name server all gone the map can't load, although subscribe and unsubscribe the mod.

Some of my mods won't work when I host the game. Anyone know what could be?
