Zoom in 4K resolution

Isn't there any way more to add more zoom levels or something? Tried to find something in the workshop, but nothing. Playing in 4k I can zoom less than my friends playing in 1080p. I understand why this happens, but It'd be great to have some extra settings for this, it can get really annoying sometimes or if you want to take screenshots. Is re-scaling the only option? Looks horrible on my display.

There's a setting in the options for zoom % levels. Have you looked at that?
Also, why not just change the resolution you are playing with? 4K isn't going to give you a better visual experience.

Of course, I have the zoom levels already maxed out. The game looks way more sharp and runs better in 4k, you can read text better...and for some reason setting it to lower res also make my fps drop...

Tried to see if I could do with it that way but if I set the resolution to other than the native one performance drops a lot...

No you can' t get any closer with 4k. The overhead text doesn' t scale too. Then you have the moodlles icons which also don't scale and you have to hover the mouse cursor over them too find out what' s wrong. You can' t change it because it' s hardcoded.

So can you not play this game whatsoever on a 4k monitor without scaling the UI? Cause I can't figure this out at all & I got my PC running through my 40 inch tv

Not really. Running it at 4k isn't really viable at the moment. I'm pretty sure the devs have said that they will eventually get around to doing something about it, but there are more important things to work on at the moment. I recommend just running it at 1080 for now.

That is odd as I have had the exact opposite experience.
