Starting up and no cursor
I tried everything but still no cursor

Can you share your logs.zip file found in C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid?
You can use any file sharing website of your choice.

I checked it now. WIndowed i have a cursor. Borderless and fullscreen is still an issue

Can you check your mouse options to see if you have the "Mouse Trails" turned on? Those can cause issues with the cursor.

Hm, do you have any overlay programs enabled? Such as a Discord Overlay, Steam overlay and anything else? Those can mess with the mouse cursor as well.
