How do I download the 32x version of the game?

I just bought the game to play with friends after seeing that the game (supposedly) has a 32x version. I can't find any steam beta or anything so I cannot download the game whatsoever. Anyone know how to download it?

Just to clarify, I know there should be a 32x launch option in local files, but I don't have local files because I cannot download the game because it says you only can on x64.

Steam doesnt allow downloading the game because its mainly for 64 bit systems, 32 has been mostly discontinued even though there is a 32 bit file.
Tldr, Steam issue.
