MP 41.60 low fps?

Pues como dice el titulo estoy teniendo problemas con mis fps en la version 41.60
No se si le pase a alguien mas pero en la version 41 el juego me iba excelente y sin ningun tipo de problema sin embargo ahora dificilmente supero los 30 fps y aveces tengo que jugarlo a 19 fps por alguna razon.

English : Well, as the title says I'm having problems with my fps in version 41.60
I do not know if it is happening to someone else but in version 41 ny game was running excellent and without any problem however now I hardly exceed 30 fps and sometimes I have to play it at 19 fps for some reason and i cant do anything about it even if i low my resolution there's no change.

¿A alguien mas le esta pasando o es solo a mi?

MI PC : Procesador Intel core i3-6100 3.70 Ghz
RAM : 12 GB
Placa grafica : Radeon r7700 series 2 GB

It's weird because in the 41.50 version i was playing right always on 60fps without any problem

How does CPU, RAM, GPU usage look like if you check your task manager? Have you tried fullscreen, vsync off and FPS cap at > 60 ?

They look normal it's like the game refuses to use my ram or my GPU
I tried everything but nothing seems to work, my friends tells me that meaby it's because this version isn't well optimized but i dont know

Try updating your drivers here. It looks like AMD still supports it:

That update is the 21.5.1 and i have the 21.5.2 so it's practically useless i dont need that update i have the latest one so my drivers are updated

Hm, not much I can suggest, then. My r7770 died back in 2015, so I can't compare it to today's cards and what to expect with PZ, unfortunately.

In Task Manager, does it show you how much of your GPU is being used?

35% gpu 63% cpu and 69 of my RAM

Hm, not much I can suggest, then. My r7770 died back in 2015, so I can't compare it to today's cards and what to expect with PZ, unfortunately.

Like i said i was playing it okay with the 41.50 version but know it's weird my fps are gone

Does it happen everywhere, or only in specific situations? MP or SP?

Everywhere both MP and SP obviously in menus it's okay like 400 fps but in game it's 30 and 19 fps

Pretty much the same, but mostly when walking outside. Indoors is okay. Outdoors is stuttery. Is it because of the map ? Is it always displayed even if its not opened ?
