You cannot host a Project Zomboid server on an ARM based architecture, not even with box64 & box86 because of Java Runtime compatibility issues.

This also means you cannot host any servers which is not written for ARM and uses Java for SteamCMD

should be possible, with beta of raspberry pi OS64, look up how to compile and install box86 and box64 to "emulate" x86 processors.

at least this works with getting steamcmd to work and run servers, i cannot answer if project zomboid server it self will work with this setup but i can't see why not.

box86 and box64 is developed by ptitSeb, you can find more information about it since he is really good at sharing the process of development and he is also really good at taking input from users and see if he can fix something if something is broke. In my experience ptitSeb seems very dedicated to getting any x86 required program to work on arm chips.

hope this answered your question or at least gave you something to start looking for ways to do it, good luck on your journey.
