A friend told me about this game, went here to check on multiplayer then found this guy's issue on fighting in-game deppression as well as in real Life. Thought I could grab it on a discount, which seems not currently posible.

Then someone told me on checking on Discord keys or something along those lines.

The ones around willing to offer some helping hand, check out Siluda's situation. I'm sure we can do something about it.

this seems like a pretty petty way to guilt someone to give you a free key.
the game costs the same amount as a starbucks coffee+bagel combo with a muffin.
if you seriously cant afford that i'd argue you likely arent old enough TO be playing it.

I don't want to encourage him to a ask for free keys but I don't think age means how much money you have. If you, for example, live in Argentina or some place like that, what you think costs only a starbucks cofee and a bagel combo is actually a quarter of the minimum wage.

That being said, in those countries, piracy is also pretty much allowed so you can just pick the game up and play it. I'd dare to say it's even better than buying discord keys which may have been stolen.

Also, @OP, playing Project Zomboid is not the best game to help cure (or even reduce) depression. I'd say a walk in the park is so much better. That comes from someone who struggles with depression and anxiety.

Surely, age doesn't have anything on this.

Literally half of this account was built with spare keys of my own and I'm still pumping it on so other friends and I can eventually help others the way we can, it's something we're working on IRL too but COVID times are being harsh on all of us for the time being. We may be near a solution which may represent a turning tide for the whole thing but... >sigh<
So it's not a thing on grabbing free stuff, I already have a plenty of things to play with.

JUst wondered on a faster solution so I could easily connect with that user as my Steam Wallet won't suffice for the acquisition and real money is really short, unfortunately. You may know how urgent these things can be, sometimes. I know it for sure.

Anyway, feel free to add me so we have someone to talk to and game with, sometimes. I'm way better than I used to be but we never know...

And yes, I agree, this may not be the perfect tool but it's something s/he mentioned in his/her original topic, so could be a starting point until we could figure out other stuff.
