Pacifist will lower your xp gain for combat skills by 25% but if you pick fast learner each will counter end up with a small plus for xp gain so it's a good and safer choice.
I'm not a fan of smoker trait either, seems a little annoy just to find enough cigarettes supply for long term and it'll be hard to find in later game stage especially in MP where many player will choose this trait which they though it's a free point.
Handy is great, not just for maintenance, but the additional HP to the structures you make if you're going to be making your own base.
Is there a build makes u killing zombies like in L4D2? lol
Or you can start as burglar + add more xp multiplier, this way you'll be able to hotwire cars from start and can travel to farm guns&ammo better. But you'll suck at shooting until you get lv 2-3 in aiming.
If you want to survive longer you can set zombie to slow and set their polulation to low, maybe turn off the virus transmission for more time to learn the game mechanic .When you survive better and want more challenge you can adjust difficult in new playthrough.
For the trait that make you last longer maybe thick-skin is what you looking for if you know you'll end up getting hit alot when fighting, it'll reduce chance to get injury when you get hit animation from zombie. Many pros will tell you its not worth the point because they already master in fighting mechanic and didn't get hit at all unless they get surprise hit from blindspot, or meta event just screw them like the bloody chopper or random gunshot&scream which direct horde to them.
Smoker is kind of a pain if other people are also Smokers but if it's just you and maybe one other person you should be fine.
Slow reader is a real bottleneck to skill gains in MP as you can't Fast Forward time. You'll spend most of your time reading in order to not massively grind for skills.
Handy is only really Worth if you're going to be using Spears and/or Doing a lot of construction. The boost to Maintenance will help you maintain your Spear Health and have them last longer. With things like Short Blunt you're fine with the normal rate of Maintenance XP gain. The 100 HP for Wood Constructions is really nice if you're building your own base somewhere or doing massive modifications to an already existing location. If you are just changing furniture in a location then I more recommend investing into Metal Barricades to keep the location secure.
Because you are taking Weapon Skills use Pacifist. Pacifist only lowers XP gains for Weapon Skills by 75% so if you have 1 skill in a weapon like what you have on your build you come out even and with more points you can spend on.
Clumsy increases your trip chance when going over fences and can injure you so I wouldn't recommend it.
Outdoorsman reduces your chances of getting a cold massively but all you have to do is keep yourself warm and dry by either staying indoors or proper clothes and you should be good to go.
Pick Police Officer+Brave or Veteran and start blasting away
About slow reader: it really depends of what settings are you using on MP. You can leave it vanilla or just make reading time shorter(Which a lot of servers do because of reading everything all over again)
About Pacifist: I wrote that i'm going mostly use spears, so pacifist is "free points" but the amount of XP i'm going to get because of pacifist is going to be small. For mainly short blunt usage: That's okay from what I know.
I really appreciate your opinion
- Wait for them to come into your range(you will see green outline) and hit
- If you feel like 2 zeds are way too close then you can just push one and hit another one or just walk away a little and repeat.
Also remember to look around yourself if you have time for it.
Can't u hit multiple ?
