Can't pick up or drop items

I do have a bunch of mods enabled but on the most recent build I tried to start up my game and I can swing my weapons and sprint and crouch and sit down and get in and out of cars but I can't pick up or drop any items. This includes ones added by mods and ones that are part of the base game. Is anyone else having this issue?

Tried removing mods? Since its possible they are causing the issue.

I'll be doing that soon. I figured I'd just ask in here to see if anyone else knew what mod's were causing it if it was indeed a mod interaction issue. Also when I go into game properties I can't see an option to change to the 41.66 is that a steam issue or a PZ issue and what can I do?

For me i just disabled "Snake's Modpack - Pack de Utilidades de Snake v1.35" and I was fine again.

Yeah same everytime i enable snakes i cannot pick up stuff just does the animation of forever and a half shuffle.

Try shoving, at least in my experience, it fixed the issue.

I can't believe this is from 2022 and it works, i have 365 mods, and indeed, the problem was "Snake's Modpack"

I dont have snakes and im having the same issue, i cant pick up, drop, equip, or interact with anything except zombies and killing them. (Edit) if i have a weapon in hand and then swing it the problem goes away idk why.
