41.66 update = vcruntime140_1.dll missing error
Just completed the update but get the above error when trying to launch. Verified/validated files and rebooted PC, but still getting error upon launch.

Searched C drive and vcruntime140_1.dll exists in the projectzomboid/jre64/bin folder.

Any ideas what to do?

After a bit of head scratching and research...

Needed the Microsoft Visual C ++ redistributable package for Visual Studio, specifically the x64 binary. And I do not understand more than half of what I just said.

Shortcut, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
and download the microsoft update named "vc_redist.x64.exe" and run the loader.
